Any orders requesting to be cancelled after a shipping label has been generated cannot be cancelled.
How do I return my purchase?
We are happy to accept all returns for a full refund to the same form of payment used within 14 days of purchase. Due to sanitary reasons, all merchandise must be returned in new in original packaging and in undamaged condition. If you would like to return an item, send us an email at email@example.com.
Once an item of merchandise is delivered to you, you can return that item within 3 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your merchandise must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and must be in the original packaging. Our return policy does not apply to the following goods: [discounted or sale items, gift cards, personalized items ] These items are not eligible for return, refund or exchange.
